Our programs and tools are training, software, and community. They are not employment, not a job offer, and not a franchise. We do not promise or guarantee any income, clients, placements, or results. Results vary and depend on your own effort, skills, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Paid offers are one-time services or subscriptions as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by nature survive termination will survive.
